Egleaves, if your problem is transmitting Bluetooth, you could try a solution like this https://www.jaycar.com.au/bluetooth-audi...s/p/AA2104

I had a smaller version that I used as a receiver on the bike and it was excellent.

That looks like the perfect add-on for Bluetooth functionality. Thanks Cormanus!

Don't forget to provide a review once you're set up, egleaves. Smile

No review yet, but my Innovv K2 camera setup is supposed to be on the front porch when I get home today. Finally!

The K1 that I previously looked into has been discontinued and replaced by the new K2 that claims to have better cameras, better DVR, and they've worked out some serious bugs from the K1. All around build quality and image quality are reported to be improved from the original.

I pre-ordered it 2 or 3 months ago and now it's so close I can taste it. I'll report back later after I get it installed.

Having two bikes i went for the helmet cam and just ordered a contour roam 3 HD waterproof 1080p hd action camera , should do a descent job

The best part about growing up in Florida is i didn't have to move here when i got old.

RE: Bike Cam or Helmet Cam?
i will be following this conversation closely...I need to finally get a cam as well but i'm a pretty extreme tight wad about these things. cameras like the Roam 3 and your standard Gopro Hero are certainly exactly what I need, but i just can't bring myself to pay 3 digits for them. does anybody know of a source for used action cams?
