Shad rack discontinued. Alternate suggestions?

Dude, the HB left side rack looks like the first pic.
   
It has three mounting points as in the following pictures(all with an 8 mm Allen key). So one adapter piece goes to the rearset,
   
one to the license plate bracket
   
and one to the blinker relocation.
   

So it looks like this
   
I guess it shouldn't interfere with the Shad topcase connection.
I like the lock-it thing because installing or removing the carriers takes about 10 seconds.

Thank you so much! Looks lite i can still use my shad case with the hb equipment. Now to decide if i want the 30L or 40L jrs
