I agree, Ferret.

Covert, according to Revzilla.

I bought a Shoei Qwest based on their measurements. It fits perfectly - if a tad bit more snug

Thanks for posting this. I read it and ordered the measurement kit- and the Shoei Qwest was also the best fitting option of all the helmets they listed.

I didn't buy it from them though because even with the $15 credit I was still able to get it (much) cheaper elsewhere.

When it arrived, I was amazed at how well it fit- just a nice even pressure all around my head- except the cheek pads on my jaw was a little tight. Shoei makes optional cheek pads in both a size thinner and a size larger so I ordered the thinner ones. Now everything fits perfect. I should have done this years ago.

I also purchased a pinlock visor, and 2 pinlock inserts- a normal clear one and one that is clear at night but darkens when the sun hits it.

And lastly- I ordered a set of the ear pocket foam inserts. I didn't know until I was looking around at various sites- the helmets have empty spots to insert speakers into- but if you are not putting in speakers they make foam pads that fit into the space. They should help a little with wind noise.

Glad it worked out for you. I'm curious about who had it cheaper.

Surprised how good that looks too for something I thought would be bulkier. I love Scorpion helmets but I'm already used to full-face helmets and will just stick to that. Great option for those that can do more warm weather riding and hate the idea of a full-helmet.

It's Covert.
This is the style I have.

I have all 4 styles of helmets (full face,modular,3/4,1/2) I bought it for the look and as an upgrade to the 3/4, 1/2 helmets. I like it but the speaker space is annoying. I like having a Bluetooth headset on when I ride.

Is it convert or Covert?

Agreed, I don't normally go looking to buy stuff that makes me look more "bada**" usually the opposite in fact.

But I just love stuff that is convertible, my '03 Night Train is set up with quick detach fairing, locking saddlebags, tour pak and passenger seat and goes from full tourer to street rod in 3:42.

If it isn't raining in the morning I will test out the helmet in full face mode for a longer ride.
