Pics from SoCal CB1100 Meet-Up
We had a great time on Saturday with five CB1100s. Not too bad for our first meet and considering the rarity of these bikes. Here are some pics. We had a pleasant surprise when Bflint from this forum came out to meet us from San Diego. Nice to meet you, Bill! Thanks for coming down!

We rode to the "Born Free" event at Santiago Canyon. It was mostly Harleys but lots of cool choppers and plenty of eye candy, of both the mechanical and organic varieties. Then we hopped on Ortega Hwy to Lookout Cafe, with a beautiful view over Lake Elsinore.

Good one guys. 5 CBs in one place at one time is good going.

By "need" do you mean is it the law? I have no idea. Please refer to my username. Lol.

Thanks for the pics......big fan of events, just to walk the parking lots to see what other riders have.

Definitely good times Saturday, and yes, lots of eye candy haha

homeyjosey, come out to the next one!

ferret - yes, legally, you have to have them, but I've had several cops behind me at lights since eliminating mine, and no issue (hope I didn't just jinx myself LOL). In any case I think the way we have ours is OK w/ most cops - it's when your plates are tucked that would get their attention - now THAT just looks shady!
