We arrive on the 18th I believe, ride for 5 days, then head home. As to where we are riding I dunno, wherever LR leads us lol. Some tall mountain passes and Pikes Peak I think.

Weather permitting, we'll hit 8 or 9 Continental Divide crossings within a few hours of my house, we'll ride up the highest paved highway in North America (14,130'), and yep, we'll ride up Pike's Peak now that it's paved to the top (14,115'). But there's a lot more than that -- there are lots of curvy Front Range roads and miles of Colorado Scenic Byways to enjoy too.

Ride more. Worry less. Tongue

Yes I have a NC Street Shield EX cut down 7" ( IIRC) I followed the recommendation of Cip who was the leader in this. I am extremely pleased with it. Blocks torso wind but not head wind. On and off in 5 minutes.

Sorry some of the pics are missing

Can't wait!

CB's loaded, the staggered alignment seemed to work!
İmage

Ferret at Derby....nice views there!

İmage

We should be able to watch the CB's all the way there...except when Ferret wants to get his off to ride for a while lol!

The Overlook restaurant is a very unique place....we opened the place so we got the corner window!

Sounds like a great trip. I wish I could have joined you. Don't worry, LongRanger, I'm sure I'll be knocking on your door sometime soon. LOL
