Clay bar and lubricant made by mothers works like a top I have used it a few times it will get it off with very little effort just be sure if you drop the bar on the ground throw it away and get new one.

Thanks it actually worked out pretty well the company that got over spray on the bike found a great mobile detailing guy! I think the tank came out better then when it was brand new... lol.
