Hello all, i'm thinking about a CB1100. A local dealer has a couple 2014's available for about 6k. I currently own 4 hondas, a 2003 VTX1300, a 2015 grom and a 2012 ruckus. I have owned a nighthawk 650 and 700s in the past and always loved Honda's and the whole CB line. The biggest thing I'm concerned about after doing some research is the cramped leg room. I recently sold my FJR due to knee pain on 300/400 mile days. The reason I have held onto my VTX is because with the floor boards, highway bars and pegs I have several options to move my feet around. Any input would be appreciated.

Hello riderskate, and welcome. After putting a few miles on mine I had the seat re-upholstered taller and replaced the stock pegs with Knight Design lower pegs, expensive but nice. There are other options. My flatter seat allows me to move around a bit which helps too. Sit on one if you can, some people fit fine from the start. Good luck and keep us posted!

G'day riderskate. Welcome to the forum and good luck with your research. I find the stock seat uncomfortable after an hour or so, but an AirHawk cushion seems to help. There's not a lot of room to move around, but you have to get off every couple of hours at the most to get fuel so you can stretch then.
