It's a go. Heading to the Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground on the 21st. Your man says that he may make it up for a ride. Hope that a few others in the area will be able to make it out for a day ride.

RE: It's a go.
BRP closed south of Asheville due to rock/mud slide.

Really nice ride on the BRP today with 4 total CB's! Thanks to SCCBrider, Houtman, and Jesse (going to sign up here soon) for an enjoyable ride. Asheville to Mt. Mitchell. Temps mostly in the 40's, sunny and absolutely clear, you could see forever. Even saw icicles and some snow. Leaves were out nicely! Pics coming (when one of us figures out how, or enlists a forum member willing to help). 2-2013s. 1-2014 DLX and one 2017. You shoulda been here! Thanks to my new friends!

It was very nice to meet all of you , I had a great time and we must do this again with hopefully a much bigger group of CB 1100 riders.

Sounds like it was a great ride. I'm heading up to the parkway this weekend, but much farther north. But I'm jealous. I have a house in Asheville that is supposed to be a retirement spot but that happy day keeps getting pushed back by inertia. Meantime, y'all keep the flag flying for the CB11000 forum!
