CB spotted on Hwy 89 in Utah

Saw a red, modded CB1100 heading towards Ogden, Utah today around 4:45 pm. Couldn't catch before I had to turn off. Anybody here? Only the second CB I've seen in the wild and the first one on the road. Rider had on all the gear The ferret
