5/29 to 6/1 is my first choice
With the 28th already a holiday it’s 1 less day to take off for those still working

Looks fast sitting still

Haven’t got our camping schedule yet from the boss. Hope to make this year’s rally. Don’t have a preference as to location.

Ferret, Thanks for leading this

LOL like 1 or two more days and it's a dead tie.

This may be overkill, but if it turns out to be a tie (or maybe even if it's just a few votes one way or the other), how about polling to see who would actually go to WV or KY or both for the dates chosen?

Something like:
Would you attend a rally in WV 5/30-6/2 Y/N
Would you attend a rally in KY 5/30 -6/2 Y/N

I made up the dates because I am in a hurry (Dr. appt)
Voters could answer Y or N to both questions. Then you can see which location would potentially get the best attendance.

Just a thought and perhaps too much of a pain.

Your vote counts more than others because you’re doing the organizing.

Also, I’d be happy to help you with anything. Just let me know.

I hope someone else votes, b/c I don't want to be the one who broke the tie. Kentucky appealed to me b/c the Nat'l Forest is named after Daniel Boone, my TV hero back in the 60s. Just kidding...KY's closer to TX, main reason for me.
