Dodgy This adulting stuff is for the birds... Wasn't until now that I find out about the rally's decision on time and place. Thanks for nothing, job.

Anywho (or is it anyhoo?)... I have hotel reservations in the RRI arriving the 30th. Gonna try to convince Mrs. Nemo to tag along.

My only question is where were all you guys and gals last year?
Arkansas has some great little traveled twisty roads was it to far away?
Just wondering don't tar and feather me,,,,,

I can answer that for about 10 people that had planned to go to Arkansas, but did not..... Mostly, some life event that came up relatively close to the event date prevented their attendance. Some others registered, but backed out because they decided to use their vacation days on another trip. It was too far to travel for a few others. Some were sick or injured, but would have otherwise attended.

Arkansas is indeed a terrific motorcycling destination. I hope to get back there soon. I would not hesitate to host another Rally there because of poor attendance at the last one. Maybe in 2019 or 2020. Who knows?!?

I didn't own a CB last summer, having just bought one a few months ago. I travel in Arkansas a lot for work (I'm in MS) and they have great roads.
I'll go next year if you have a rally there.

I guess I could ride my Ulysses down instead although it is the XT so little more street, less trail but isn't the whole point of having a CB1100 rally is to bring your CB1100?

I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said everything looks like it is healing so I should be ok to make the ride, I have to get checked out May 1st for final clearance but it's looking good!Thumbs Up
