On Samurider: "Hakofugu means Box-fish"!?! Definitely weird name for a kick-a$$ bike.

Guys - have you had a chance to test the mirrors since the mods? Still vibrating excessively?

And does it matter if they vibrate at 6500 rpm? I'd be rather focused in the forward direction.Big Grin

I should be getting the Tanex "Lute" mirrors on Friday and trying them out this weekend (along with a new road comet fairing).

Good follow up skills man.

The mirrors do vibrate for me a little bit around 4-5k rpm, but I can still easily make out cars and headlights. I honestly do not even notice it, seriously. When I look in them, I never think twice about what I see.

I love these mirrors.

The road comet will look so slick on your bike man!!! and those lute mirrors are a little bit heavier and advertise that they reduce vibration. so I am very curious to hear your report Smile

Good to hear, I have these mirrors on the way and I was starting to get a little worried. So when's the tank suppose to be here, I can hardly wait to see it! I love the direction your going, doing the same myself. But it will probably take me a little longer to do it.

GIXXERMAN

The tank and the clip on bars are going to be here around the end of October. Takashi has teamed up with Whitehouse and they are going to key the gas cap the same as my honda key (just have to temporarily send him my spare)

I thought that was badass!

Man, that is pretty cool. I never would have thought of doing that.
