New 2012 ST1300
Honda is still showing this bike on its website, which I assume means they're still available. At 730 lbs, they're lighter than the new Gold Wing and probably 40-50% of the price. I'm intrigued. Anyone see one at their dealer lately?

No, the only 2012's left are actually Police models. My dealer looked for me since I have 104K on mine and would buy another. They also list the price at $16K which would be a lot for a 6 year old left over that sold for $16 new lol. BTW I bought mine as a left over in 2008 for $10K.

Thanks Ferret.

My dealer has new '14 VFR Deluxe's for $6995 so my thinking was that perhaps any new leftover '12 ST's would be offered at a huge discount too.

Wow. A ‘14 VFR Deluxe for $7K is a lot of bike for the money. That’s about half of sticker, iirc. Very capable bike.

If they had 12 ST's for $7K I would have one in the garage already

With more upright riding stance and some proper detachable luggage it would have been the perfect replacement for the rather porky ST1300 a bike I owned but could never warm up to.

If I was seriously interested in buying a new '12 ST today, $12k would be a compelling price. Certainly, used ones are going for less, but I think $12k would be irresistible for a new one, at least for me.

Been constantly looking at a 2010 ST1300 at a dealer in Toledo. Asking $6800 with 8,600 miles. Hmmm.

WOW! Now THAT is one bike I'd buy. I've had several V4's and always thought that '14 model was really nice, but too much money for too little bike. But at that price...I will have to revisit the CB1100 plan. Those VFR's are superb. I'm looking into that ASA_P.
