Fitting during the Olympics lol
Well, today was certainly interesting. Woke up to another sheet of ice but only on the roads and drive this time. Weather terrorists never said anything about this. It was supposed to be sunny and near 40 today. Bunch of schools closed. Kept an eye on my driveway and by 2 pm, as usual, it looked good enough to get out. Get about 1/2 mile down the road, and suddenly all the way across the road in a shady spot it was still ice covered (actually there were 3 spots but this one was the biggest, probably 40 feet long?). Made me stop and go "Oh Sh....crap". Put my feet out like outriggers and slowly rode straight thru. Whew. After that piece of cake. Got in 71 miles. Oh had to cross it on my way back home too but wasn't skeered by then lol

also turned over this on today's ride on the ST

OK, so the motorcycle-luge is kind of a cool event (pun intended), but when you work your way up to motorcycle-barrel-jumping, then you'll really have grabbed my attention. How is barrel jumping not an Olympic sport?? Sad, oh so sad. Man The Wide World of Sports really had it going on back in the day. Thank goodness that we still have the ferret keeping it real on his CB1100 during the wintertime here in the US of A. Big Grin

LOL had to ride across it this again morning on my way out on the CB at 27 degrees, but it was mostly melted by the time I came back 3 hours later at 35 degrees.

Sorry to disturb you Sir, but this pic clearly indicates that you are doing at least 140 miles/h...and I thought that in Ohio they have a law = " over nine you are mine"...so where are you now????
Please clarify before I get jealous that your ST is faster than my CBTongue

RE: Fitting during the Olympics lol
Lol heavens no. i was coming up a state highway and notice the 105 closing in, so I pulled off on a little traveled country side road to capture the shot.

I doubt the ST would do 140 mph, and I KNOW it wouldn't do it with ME on it lol.
