I might have found one. After a lot of digging, it turns out that the 2017 Honda CB1100 EX LED headlight module is made by Stanley, and may or may not be similar to Stanley units used in Yamahas. The engineer at Kisan is going to check for me. In the meantime, I need to see if my Honda has a 4 pin plug for the headlight. If the stars align right for me, I could then use a Yamaha plug and play from Kisan. If not, then I could use a Kisan Pathblazer P115W-H3 splice in unit, which I would need to specify at purchase as being programmed for LEDs.
The engineer at Kisan gave me some good advice. I would have spliced the modulator to the low beams, but he suggested it was better to modulate the high beams. That way, I can turn the modulator off during the day anytime I want just by switching off the high beams.
