Ferret, it's been a while since I've checked into this thread as I haven't had a request for a template in quite some time. Your template set looks great. Are you going to be making copies of the templates for forum members?

RE: How to apply 3M clear bra to protect your tank
I had a request to send a set of my templates to a member whose user name is 'pdedse,' but couldn't send him my address so he could send a SASE due to his PM function being disabled. Hopefully he sees this and changes the setting. I'm not sure how he sent the message, but he definitely can't receive them at this point. Maybe someone knows him and can let him know? Thanks, everybody.

Ferret,
I'd love a copy of the templates for my DLX and would be willing to pay you for your time to trace them for me on paper and mailing costs.

Scooby, his user info has email listed so I sent him one asking that he check your post.

Thanks Popgun, Scooby found me on the adv.rider site and so I did get the message there. And I changed my settings here so that I can receive pm. All good!

Wow.
Well written. I have applied film on many surfaces, and I thought I knew all the tricks. I read this just to see if I forgot anything. The alcohol was new to me and would have save me a lot of time in the past. I do not know why I never thought of it. Thank you for taking the time to write this.
1 thing I did made it nice for me: I cut the template on one side then curled the material gently in the center to trace the same line on the opposite side so sides both match exactly.
