I know theres a wire going to the rear disc and there is a small slotted disc over the brake rotor I assume that is the speedo sensor.

I will email the folks @ power commander and get their input on this issue.

What this all tells me is all the dyno runs on US models are null and void because of the incomplete data after the rear tire reaches 112mph..

Dyno testing is mapping the engine output, not the bike's gearing. You don't need to run a motorcycle through all of its gears for dyno testing.

I know my CBR1000RR wasn't run to 180mph while strapped to the dyno drum.

There's a cycle world dyno run that shows the CB11 dropping off abrubtly @ 7100 rpms like it bounced off the rev limiter.

That's actually the dyno plot from the Motorcycle.com test. I believe Cycle World's plot looks a fair bit different.
