One month in the books
Hey All,

One month in and we're already over 100 members strong (and that's not counting the spambots Rolleyes ).

There are still a number of members finding there way here via the ADVrider site as well as a few who found us, I believe, by way of a forum dedicated to the Nighthawk 750. There are also a few new younger riders/owners that are now on board which is really good to see. There has been some great information shared to date, with almost no drama in the mix. Now some might call that boring, but I'll take this any day of the week over some of the B.S. that I've experienced on other forums. So be sure to pat yourselves on the back, or hoist a virtual beer (or whatever your pleasure) to that.

There have been a few suggestions regarding forum updates/changes/additions that I've made note of and have not forgotten about. I simply didn't realize how much time fighting spam and tending to small things here and there was going to consume of my spare time outside of work (don't forget that I'm new to this business of running a forum) and haven't gotten around to these things yet, but I haven't forgotten.

All the best,
Guth

By the way, I've tried to take the time to welcome each and every member that has posted up on the New Members section. But just in case I've missed anyone, note that I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to participate here. Like I've said before, all of you are what makes this place what it is.

Congratulations on your success and I hope it continues. This is, by far, the most civil forum I've seen. I hope that continues also.

This is a really good forum for sure. Bunch of good people in here. Thanks for putting this together Guth. Im sure glad I dont have to get all of my information about the CB over at ADV. The Honda haters come out of the wood work over there from time to time for some reason.

RE: One month in the books
I suspect like many of you on the forum, I read and reread all the "first ride" articles and some earlier stuff from European sites. But a lot of specific information on the bike was hard to find. This site is a godsend! Thanks Guth!
