CB1100 in the north
Just want to say thanks for Guth for starting this forum,
I have just retired and picked my CB1100 on April 1
non-ABS #464 , of course we have had the coldest, most rainy spring
ever up here so have very few miles on it.
If you want to see what I used to do my old web page is still up till
the end of the month -www.madisonmotorsports.com

HI CA200. I just checked out your old business. You must have a lot of experience you can share with all of us. I wish my town had a shop like yours. Independent guys are the best imo and always have been. We have an independent repair shop that only works on Harleys and they are good. They do change tires only on Japanese bikes but thats it. Ironically, my Honda dealer shut the doors this year after being in business for 25 years. I dont know what happened unless is was just the crappy economy.

Wish you the best in retirement!

Thanks OldF7Guy, I hope I can help with a look for "The other side of the counter" , We had a good run, 15 years in biss.
We were small - made it bigger and the last 5 years we down sized and made it into a mom and pop tire store.
I don't miss the 12 hour days or the 6 days a week.
The CB will be the first bike that I won't have to put a bunch of stuff on just for display , I can do what I want with it!
