I got my very first farkle, a bungee net! Woo-hoo!! But not just any old bungee net: this one features 2" squares, instead of the larger ones, so cargo won't slip thru as easily.
In my first few rides, I thought the bike (2017 EX) rode a little choppy. It occurred to me that the factory settings may be for a heavier rider than my 135lb. So I turned the fork adjusters out one line more, and let the rear shocks down that one notch. It actually made a difference! Took the edges off the bumps.
Next big mod: install a battery tender cord on the battery.
New grips are coming, I can't stand those toothpick factory grips. Too many years on H-D with their big fat grips.
I'm gonna change the bars also. The factory bars put my wrists at the wrong angle.
It's all practice.....
