That's 31 more miles than what I like riding in the rain. Don't be cray-cray.

Went for a wonderful ride from Gresham through back roads to Sandy then crisscrossed the Sandy River through wonderful orange, yellow, red, copper leafed trees. 63 degree temps. Good to be alive.

Went for a ride on my EX. It was a cold and gray day, so I didn't start until 11AM. I also rode a lot slower to avoid the wind chill, and soaked up the autumn colours which are already beginning to fade. Rolled past 10,500 kilometers somewhere along the way. A couple more half day rides and I should make my 11,000 kilometer riding season average.
Brought my rain suit with me to ward off the rain. That worked! But I had the pants returned to me at a stop sign by a gentleman in a pick-up truck. I had forgotten to zip up the tail bag after my last coffee stop. Fortunately I had placed both sections in large Ziploc bags, so there was no damage. I found if you sit on the bags and then seal them everything takes up much less space. Something like those vacuum bags you see only on TV.

No rain for todays CB ride, but we had the same cold gray as Nortoon. Started off at 37 degrees and got all the way to 50. It was nippy. Not used to this yet lol

You are much braver than me. I started at 55F and spent the afternoon at 57F. It was colder on the way out on the highway because of a 12 to 18 MPH head wind. Spent the most of the day at 90 KPH (55 MPH) or less.
Unfortunately my wind screen is still sitting in its shipping box. I am not wired for heat either.
Were you on your ST?

RE: What did you do on, or to, your CB today?
I rode my CB11 to my brother's house across town for dinner. As I was leaving, the rear end felt squirrely as I rounded the first corner. I looked down and found that the rear tire was flat. Went back to my brother's to use his air compressor, but found that I'd popped the bead going around the corner. Ended up getting a ride home.
Fortunately I had ordered a rear PR3 back in August, so I've got a ready spare. Just have to go back and pull the rear wheel tomorrow and take it over to my tire guy across town.
Since I mounted a fresh PR3 on the front back in July, I shouldn't have to worry about tires on the CB11 for awhile. I got over 15K on each one last time around.
