Good heavens! What a gorgeous compilation Hiker.

Surprised the 'Road to Hana' on Maui didn't make the cut.

What a fantastic list!!!
I'm pleased to say that I've ridden the Cabot Trail many, many times since it's only five hours away from where I live.
If the good Lord is willin', and the creeks don't rise, I hope to ride the Trail in September after the tourists have left.
I've also ridden the Icefield Parkway in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
I've also been to the Blue Ridge Mountains, but not since the new highway construction and the elevated highway was built.
As for the rest, I can only dream.

Still rockin', rollin', and ridin' after all these years

RE: "50 rides before you die"
Nice list, and I am happy to have ridden quite a number of those. Most of the European ones, as well as South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. I even had the chance to ride the one in Malaysia.

However, I have yet to do any rides in the US. I know there are some really nice trips to do, it's just that I have never had the opportunity yet.

Also, I am really lucky to live where I do. I have amazing rides in the Jura mountains just behind my house, and the Alps are a 30 minute ride away. The following clip is filmed on the road just behind my house. Literally if I turn left leaving my house I start where the clip starts. Great fun for a quick morning ride during weekends, or zipping up there as I come home from work in the evening.

+1 A truly beautiful road.

I feel deprived having done only two on the list.

1 Cor 13:4-7 (NIV)
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
