RE: New Jacket
That is a great looking jacket! Like ferret said, you don't see brown riding gear any more.
Definitely a gentleman motorcyclists jacket. Nice score!
When in doubt, GAS IT!!!!

That made me laugh. I'll let Capo review the sausage and I'll stick to the jacket.

So, how was the sausage?
And thanks Pauley, Rocky and Inline4! Although it may be a true gentlemen's jacket, I hope to retain just a bit of hooligan. Life is just so much more fun that way.

It was sweet, and hot. Much like the jacket.
No more CB, but a GB.
Triumphs and Ducatis.
A Norton, MV, and Morini 175.
Probably others.

I hadn't read the article before but did just now. Both the one you linked and the original: http://www.latexnet.org/~csmith/sausage.html
Great stuff! Let's hope someone comes along with "SausageCreature" for a screen name.

RE: New Jacket
I actually bought one of those last year, but had to send it back....the sleeves were way too long--which I thought was odd, as it's not a problem I usually have with jackets. Tried another one and it was the same...so I gave up. I was bummed, because otherwise I liked the jacket a lot.

Shoot! I hope I don't have the same problem. The CB would look awful with ape hangers!
Let me ask you this, do you happen to have trouble reaching the cereal boxes on top of the fridge?

Haha...nope. FWIW, I'm 6' 1", and my arm span is also 6' 1"....which I think is pretty standard. Guess you'll just have to see how it goes. I actually looked into having the jacket altered, but was told that because of the construction of the cuff it would be a difficult/expensive thing to do.
