Bikes by the Bay - Melbourne Australia
Summer is winding down so all you need is a sniff of good weather and half of an excuse to get out on the bike. Today is the annual 'Bikes by the Bay' show in Melbourne's bayside suburb Williamstown. The local club run a magnificent event attracting 100's of bikes and 1000's of people. My usual riding buddies Wayne and Mick joined me for a day out. Here's a small selection of photos of bikes that caught my eye ...

Wayne's beautiful CB750 at my place. 100% original including the paint!!

Very cool. Your buddy's CB 750 is magnificient.

Also like the GT 750 only we called them Water Buffalos here in the states.I had 2, really nice bikes. Diidn't remember they came with RLETs but upon firthur investigation turns out they did. No wonder they were such nice bikes.

The Bol d' Or is nice too.

AJS street bikes are pretty rare. I've ridden an AJS moto crosser but never one of the street bikes.

Especially like the old Suzuki. Great pics.

Great pictures, AussieFlyer. The water bottles were great bikes. My mate had one.

Haven't seen you here for a bit. Hope all's well.

Beautiful bikes in a super cool setting. Thanks for posting this! I wish there were more shows like this close enough for me to attend.

Great pics, Aussieflyer! Your friend's CB750 looks almost new. He must get cleaning tips from Tink. Big Grin

It's great to see all of those classics still on the road.
