2015 NC Rally Questions
Having been on an island for the past 35 years and busy with various seasonal businesses I have never had the pleasure of attending an MC Rally. So, i'm a total newbie with this and very jazzed Excited to get out and ride with a group of like minded riders. I have combed the main thread for clues, but other than maps, which look very cool and good places to eat, there isn't much other info or plan. I generally don't run with an hour by hour itinerary when I travel, so I don't want to come across as being too concerned, but I guess my question would be as the newbie that I am is what to expect in general.

RE: 2015 NC Rally Questions
Lots of fun, great riding roads, beautiful scenery, and lots of conversation. There is no itinerary, or scheduled rides. You are free to ride where you want when you want. I have my own rides planned out having been there many times, and you are welcome to ride along with me, or I can give you some ideas or copies of my map rides to either use or not, or just hang out at the Dragon or whatever. Very informal. Some of us are staying at the Iron Horse some are camping, some are staying at hotels in Robbinsville.

RE: 2015 NC Rally Questions
Thanks Ferret, I'm really looking forward to it. Wish I could be on my CB, but that doesn't work this year, hey, I'll get to spend time on a bike that I wouldn't have even looked at otherwise. I'm just happy to be there and getting out for a good long ride and seeing the sights. I'm booked at the San Ran.
