Dart Marlin Flyscreen - A Quick Review
G'day and welcome, GoldOxide. Why not pop into the 'New Members' section, introduce yourself and show us a picture or two of your bike?

RE: Dart Marlin Flyscreen - A Quick Review
Mine came last night from Steve. It looks like excellent quality and finish. I will try to get it installed this week on my 1100 Deluxe. I will give a driver's report and show some photos. Have a great day.

I will. The mounting brackets are certainly longer than the factory brackets. I will try to take some top photos also to show wiring etc.

RE: Dart Marlin Flyscreen - A Quick Review
As I had previously reported, there was some light contact with the instrument panel and the upright bracket that holds the screen. Steve at Dart redesigned the headlight brackets to move the whole assembly forward. I actually received two sets of brackets because the first set was delayed in arriving.

If anybody has a 13 model that ordered the early version and needs some brackets, let me know. I'm happy to drop them in the mail. Thanks.

RE: Dart Marlin Flyscreen - A Quick Review
Does anyone have the Dart Marlin Screen in the "Midnight" tint ? Would love to see a picture if so. On their website I found a picture of Opaque black, but I don't see that as an option for the 2014 cb1100 Marlin screen ??

Wondering if the midnight is dark enough to hide the instrument cluster?

RE: Dart Marlin Flyscreen - A Quick Review
Received my Marlin a couple days ago. Took some unboxing pics. Packaging was excellent although I think it took me longer to unpack it the 20min it took to install. I like the dark, but I think I would have liked the clear better. Anyway, I'm 5'6" and the wind now hits at my neck or my chin bar depending on my crouch (or is that slouch?).

Now the pics taken in the dark garage...
