2013 CB1100 in Baltimore area
Hello all,

I had been shopping for a retro style bike and was decided on the triumph thruxton. I was just waiting until I was back from a short business trip before I pulled the trigger when I saw a 2013 CB1100 with 396 miles for sale at the local dealer. I bought it basically over the phone, coming in to sign the papers before I left- it's still at the dealership until I get back as I went right to the airport! Anyways, I plan to familiarize myself with the forum for the next few weeks while I'm on the road.

Welcome. I'm on the bottom of the DC Beltway, so not too far. It's a fun bike and has better dependability reviews than the Triumph, though that Triumph look and sound are pretty iconic.
Enjoy the ride!

Hello and welcome Gsnyder70! Now out of curiosity. How did you come about your handle? Is "G" the first letter of your first name? "Snyder" your last name? And "70" the year you were born?
Enjoy the new bike! Oil change at 600 miles.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I look forward to hearing about your bikes and how you have modified them. SanPete, you are correct! Long ago I got tired remembering what my username was and have stuck with this one in order to not tax my brain.
