If you're unfamiliar with it, it's an organized ride that began in 2012, apparently inspired by a photo of the character Don Draper from Mad Men sitting on a motorcycle in a suit and started by a man in Sydney, Australia. That shows you that us motorcyclists don't need much of an excuse to get together and ride. Haha.
In 2013, it became a charity event, raising funds for research into combating prostate cancer. The ride has grown with each year. I first learned of it last year when I stumbled across a YouTube video by "Stories of Bike." Just last year, my father was diagnosed with and battled prostate cancer and so far, has won that fight.
From what I've read, in 2012 there were over 2500 riders in 64 cities. In 2013, the number grew to 11,000 riders in 145 cities around the world. Over $277K was raised for the cause. Last year, there were 20,000 riders in over 250 cities across the world and more than $1.5 million was raised.
A worthy cause and interesting bikes. I'll, of course, bring my camera and shoot photos and video which I'll post here. I encourage you all to participate and share your own photos here as well.
Here's a video that Triumph posted on the event:

HondaHoarder and his wife were involved in this, and posted a thread about it in the past. Of course they ride Guzzi's now don't hang out here much anymore.

Did the one in Vancouver in 2012 and 13 and fully intend to participate if they do one this year. It's always a good time and for a very worthy cause. I guess it's almost time to start growing out the moustache.
