As the other have said, expertly modified by a man with vision and skills. Can't find fault with anything you've done, and some of your mods I have performed myself particularly the rear lic plate mod with a genuine Chip Beck bracket... How cool is that?

My only complaint.... No bugs. Where are the dead bugs? Motorcycles are supposed to have dead bugs on them. My opinion anyhow lol. ( or maybe I'm too lazy to wash mine often enough)

Good job Chip Beck. Would expect nothing less coming from you.

You nailed it, Chip. The essence of motorbike personalization, IMHO, is doing mods that are essential to your vision, not to a spec sheet, dyno run, or quant return on investment. Your bike speaks to that ethos.

No more CB, but a GB.
Triumphs and Ducatis.
A Norton, MV, and Morini 175.
Probably others.

Ditto what the others are saying. Beautiful bike, well done. I'm especially impressed with how the headers turned out...if you hadn't said that was paint, I never would have been able to tell. At least in your pictures, they look like real chrome to me. Nice work, and I hope to cross paths with you sometime, as I know I'll make it down to AZ one of these days!

Looks fantastic Chip. Only thing I would add is tape off and black out the Honda on the cases.

Chip,
I really like the little things you did to make the bike look more sleek such as removing the huge tail light, reflectors and turn signals, and adding the lower bars. I can imagine that your bike resembles some of the first few sketches done by the designers before all of the DOT regulations. I also like how the Staintune exhaust has the basic shape and look of stock but smaller.
It really does look nice! IMHO, the only things I would have done differently would have been to paint the Road Comet fairing in red to match the fuel tank and to add one of those nifty billet oil filler caps.

mod rating of 10/10...well done and looks awesome.
I especially love what you did with the header and exhaust system (jet coating and slip on) ...all one color and shiny / maintenance free is such an appeal.
the seat looks super as well.
my 2 next mods if I can afford them- coat my headers, and find a seat that looks good and travels distance well...the Corbin seems to fit that bill?
btw Chip - this is a great line of yours: "..But half the enjoyment I get from this bike comes from just looking at it before I get in my car to go to my office every day. The art of the motorcycle.."
I'm sure we all can relate to this- I find myself doing this every time I walk by my parked bike
thanks for sharing the mods!

Gorgeous bike, no need to state anything different, we all have our changes that we need/want. Honda has brought me back to the fold with the CB1100 and CTX1300.

Would Corbin do that seat mod for anyone else or is it exclusive? I really need something like that for the same reasons..
