Debating the Dart fly screen or the National Cycle Deflector DX. Anyone have experience with both by any chance?

I'm in the same boat, but I think I may opt for the Puig Plus...taller than the Dart and still retains something of a retro look. Would love to hear from someone who has experience with the NC and Dart, though.

I received my Dart flyscreen today. My son and I installed it in about 15 minutes. I took the bike for a spin and feel that the airstream hits me around the neck. I will know more tomorrow after a little trip thru Joshua Tree Natl Park. Maybe some pics as well.

Put a few (165) miles on yesterday and would like to comment on the effectiveness of the Dart flyscreen . It seems to me, that the wind force is taken away from the chest area, but my shoulders and neck are getting quite a blast. Not what I expected. I cant figure out any adjustment that would deflect the wind away from these areas. Any suggestions?

I think the airflow over your head/helmet is by design. I prefer it myself as screens that go higher often produce buffeting. Plus it's hot here, and if you aren't getting at least some air, especially thru your helmet vents, it's pretty miserable.

The screen has no adjustments as-is, so changing it would require new brackets etc.

Go hagofuku yourself.

This is a very good point. Air can be good.
