Cleaning out pms
I have run into a rash of people with full pm boxes lately ( Sea could not reply to your last pm)

When you delete your pms they will go to your trash box. You must then delete pms in your trash box to make more space

How do I delete my wife's pms? I have the same problem trying to respond to her during those times.

Darling looked over my shoulder and wants Ferret to come up with a solution for GOMS*. Why she would want that is totally beyond me.

Cheers.

"Private Messages". They're messages you can send to and receive from other forum members, without having to post it up publicly on one of the forum areas.
You can find them at the top left of your page, right under the big CB1100 FORUM letters on the banner across the top.

And should be done for both inbox and sent messages.

No more CB, but a GB.
Triumphs and Ducatis.
A Norton, MV, and Morini 175.
Probably others.

LOL. Perhaps we should refer to them as "PMs" in the future. Big Grin

RE: Cleaning out pms
New question about PMs for our illustrious moderators: lately I've been selling a lot of my bike stuff, so of course, I've gotten way more PMs, and in rapid fire fashion, than ever before, constantly filling up my inbox to 100%. I'm cleaning them out daily to keep up, but there's a rather odd phenomenon going on: the more I clear out, the less space I have! To clarify, when I started selling stuff, I had almost three full pages of PMs, and it was less than 100% full. Now, after constant cleaning/deleting, I have just over one page worth, and I'm constantly at 99-100%! How's that possible?!
